  We've recently bought Toyota CHR from Sandhurst branch and the experience of customer service couldn't be better. I need to mention Neil who was so professional, friendly and helpful from the beginning of the process till the end. He was keen to answer all questions and kept us informed every step of the way. Couldn't recommend this branch more. Very very happy loving my new car. Thank you

  Lousy customer service. Took in my car to have a fault repaired and was charged £60 just for them to say I needed a new actuator costing £1600. I then had it repaired in under half an hour at an independent garage for £50. It took over a month, 20 emails and my car being inspected by them to see how the other garage had fixed the fault before getting back my £60. It could have been worse; I could have spent £1600 unnecessarily.
